Our company is constantly evolving and growing. We provide wide range of services relating to modern and legacy IT requirements. We started delivering IT solution in the 1980's, but mainly for other companies. In 2016 DO Business Services (DOBS) was formed to deliver directly from us to you.

 

 

Our Services

DOBS focuses on Solutions based around Microsoft technologies. When David began his career it was with database development tools from companies that included Microsoft. Our consultants, while all having some experience with Microsoft development tools and this has continued to this day, although we do have plenty of experience with Open Systems, including Linux and Unix. 

 

 

Our People

David Overton founded DO Business Solutions in 2016, but has been working in IT since the mid 1980's.  Before he left school he was already running his first business. DOBS is the culmination of his time at ICL, Sequent / IBM, Microsoft and then with various software companies. His skill is about walking the line between technical and business requirements, delivering on both sides with a passion and care and the right result.

David employs people who have a similar passion for technology and customer success.  These people are a rare bread that can understand the top to tail of a problem and those who interact with it.  These people tend to have many battle scars, however this in no way excludes those with less experience, but still exhibiting that same desire for customer success combined with technical know-how. You will engage with both when working with David and DOBS.

 

As a result DOBS is a collection of colleagues who follow similar principles.  We are a tight knit unit that focus on customer and partner success. We go the extra mile when required to get you over the line on time, but will warn should we see problems that are looming.
